准备莴笋2根(约1000克),去掉莴笋皮之后切成小段,放入盆中清洗干净

清洗干净之后将莴笋切成细丝,可以适当切粗一点,可以增加莴笋丝的脆感

将莴笋丝刹水,盆中加入食用盐一勺(约3克)搅拌均匀之后腌制10分钟

10分钟之后我们将多余的水份倒出,然后加入适量的凉开水或者纯净水,将刹好水的莴笋丝清洗干净,然后把莴笋丝倒出沥干水份。

腌制:大蒜(2颗)拍散剁碎之后放入盆中,二荆条(2个)拍散切碎备用,小米辣(10克)切碎备用
