黄瓜 | 1根 |
蒜 | 1瓣 |
生抽 | 1勺 |
香醋 | 1小勺 |
盐 | 共1.5勺 |
糖 | 少许 |

小米辣 | 2个 |
凉拌黄瓜(脆爽版)的做法
黄瓜洗干净,用擀面杖拍打,斜切成小段(为什么用擀面杖呢,因为我家水果刀是细长的,拍不破黄瓜????)

撒盐,拌匀,盖上保鲜膜放入冰箱腌制3-5分钟,更入味,口感脆爽

腌制的黄瓜有水份,把水份倒掉(忘拍照)

加入蒜泥,生抽,香醋,糖,小米辣,香油,最后放入香菜,拌均,试下味道,‼️觉得不够酸那就加点醋,觉得颜色不够好看就加点生抽,觉得光泽度不够,再加点香油,总而言之,看图片的色对了,味道就对啦????????
