蟹味菇 | 一小把 |
白玉菇 | 一小把 |
美人椒 | 3个 |
大蒜 | 3瓣 |
生抽 | 一勺 |

西兰花掰小朵,蟹味菇和白玉菇洗净,虾仁是手剥的,大蒜辣椒准备好

虾仁加入料酒,食盐,胡椒粉,淀粉抓匀腌制一会儿
