用料
鸡蛋 | 4个 |
韭菜 | 1把 |
粉丝 | 一把 |
生抽 | 2勺 |
猪油 | 1勺 |
饺子皮 | 30张 |
盐 | 少许 |
小生煎包子的做法
粉丝泡软切小段…鸡蛋煎一下切丁…韭菜洗干净直接切…加入盐…加入1勺猪油…这样比较香…再加一点点生抽就可以了…可以按照自己的口味调整 也可以按自己喜好添加材料哦

加水到小包子的一半盖盖子 大火煮 煮到水干➕油 也可以先用油煎…煎到底部金黄…再加水…盖盖子闷

煎到地下出硬壳…撒黑芝麻出锅
