黑麦粉 | 250克 |
酵母 | 2.5克 |
温水 | 适量 |
黑全麦馒头(减肥无糖饱腹的做法
我用的是这个黑全麦粉。tb瞎买的!

温水化开酵母

开始和面,一点一点加入。面粉用筷子搅拌成絮状,然后上手揉成光滑面团等待发酵。

大概两小时,发酵成比原来两倍大,就可以了。

大概这个样子,有蜂巢孔,说明发酵好了!

取出发酵好的面团,揉面排气孔。再切成小段,可以搓成圆形或者长方形(形状按照自己喜欢定)

盖上湿布进行二次发酵,大概15分钟左右

大火(水开后)蒸20分钟,然后关火焖3-5分钟,就可以啦!
