这个简易版的千层饼,热吃皮脆脆的,夹杂玉米和红豆香,凉了保鲜膜包起来,回潮后,有韧性,饿了加一杯热牛奶,凉吃或微波炉几十秒,适合垫饥!
也可以下次烧饭、菜时一起蒸一下,非常软糯香甜!

面粉 | 200g(一碗) |
开水 | 适量 |
红豆沙 | 适量 |
(简易无油减脂健身)脆香玉米豆沙薄饼的做法
玉米面、白面各一碗

加入开水,拌成如图絮块状

揉成面团,醒半小时+(我头天晚上和好,第二天早上起来做的,也可以做发成发面饼)

分四个记子

一个记子擀成方形

右侧偏下位置,切一刀

如图右下空一块,其余位置铺上一层豆沙,(豆沙的厚度和面饼厚度差不多就行,太厚后面不容易擀薄),然后转圈叠起来。边边捏住,最后成一个方块。

电饼铛预热,把饼擀薄

放入预热好的电饼铛,周边加点水

煎蛋两面焦黄即可

切开,一层一层的。热吃脆脆的,冷了有韧劲。

吃不完的,还可以烧菜时上面蒸一下,饼变得软软糯糯的,非常好吃。
