发酵:水烧到40度左右上锅发酵大约30分钟(这里发酵时间仅供参考)具体要根据面团状态和当地天气温度而定!发酵好的馒头体积明显变大,拿在手里发轻,轻轻按压会满满回弹!
发酵好水开上锅中大火蒸十分钟关火闷五分钟就好了!
