戴一次性手套 或者不带 双手稍微沾点纯净水(不然米饭粘满手没法弄)把米饭整成差不多两片午餐肉大小的正方型 如图所示 正方形每条边的中心位置对应海苔的四个尖角部位 说得我自己都晕 应该能看明白吧
