用料
面粉 | 400克 |
开水 | 200克 |
绵白糖 | 3克 |
食用油 | 适量 |
春饼(烙春饼)的做法
先把糖放进面粉,搅拌均匀,然后把开水放入面粉,用筷子搅拌成絮状,这个春饼是烫面的,所以一定要用开水。

然后开始揉面团,先简单的揉一会,静置五分钟,再揉,再静置五分钟,再揉。

如此循环四五次,面就会很光滑了,揉成长条,切成均匀的剂子。

擀成薄饼,小火,刷点油,入锅烙,一定小火,大火就糊了!

鼓包了就翻面,翻个三次左右,就熟了,很好熟。

这个饼烙完,找个带盖子的锅盆,我是用的蒸屉,把烙熟的饼放进去,盖上一块屉布,再盖上盖子,让饼回软,也能保温,炒完菜就正好可以吃啦!软的同时又很劲道!
