用料
鸡胸肉 | 100克 |

鸡胸肉买来对半切成两块,取100g加盐和黑胡椒1勺淀粉抓匀腌15分钟。

️煎锅放少量油,放入鸡胸肉,小火盖锅盖煎5分钟,然后翻面再小火盖锅盖煎3分钟。(这样煎出来的鸡胸肉超级多汁超级嫩)ps:想要吃老的柴一点就两面多煎一会。虾仁也顺带一起煎。
