盐 | 3勺 |
十三香粉 | 3勺 |
黑芝麻 | 5克 |
白芝麻 | 5克 |
虾皮 | 1把 |

❣️准备好所有食材
❣️全麦粉➕水➕鸡蛋➕木耳➕胡萝卜➕韭菜
❣️盐➕十三香粉➕虾皮➕黑芝麻➕白芝麻

❣️韭菜切小段(不要太宽哦)
❣️木耳切成小丁
❣️胡萝卜擦成丝

❣️胡萝卜➕木耳➕韭菜➕三个鸡蛋➕一勺黑芝麻➕一勺白芝麻➕虾皮➕三勺盐➕三勺十三香粉

❣️加全麦面粉➕凉开水

❣️搅拌均匀,成粘稠状即可

❣️起锅刷油,油不用太多
❣️油加热到七分熟,中火,加蔬菜面糊,均匀摊成圆饼(薄一点,这样既容易熟,煎出来比较脆)
❣️中火盖住煎

❣️一面煎至金黄(可以略焦糊点????,个人喜欢),翻面,也煎直金黄(这次不要加盖了,不然就不焦脆了)
