用料
皮蛋 | 3个 |
茄子 | 2个 |
青椒 | 5个 |
蚝油 | 2勺 |
大蒜 | 6瓣 |
香醋 | 2勺 |
盐 | 3克 |
香油 | 2勺 |
糖 | 6克 |
油 | 10克 |
擂辣椒茄子皮蛋的做法
隔水蒸茄子,蒸至软绵绵(切小块易蒸些)

大火烧热干锅,然后转小火,干煎青椒,煎成这个虎样

熄火上锅盖焖两分钟,把青椒焖软

然后把青椒茄子皮蛋装入保鲜袋,青椒衣可去可不去,看个人口味,我的没去

由于家里没捣碎器,就上了3层保鲜袋,用了大的盛菜盆盛着,用擀面杖捣,最后发现这个方法更方便????
