味极鲜 | 2勺 |
熟白芝麻 | 适量 |
花生油 | 适量 |
酸爽过瘾的凉拌腐竹木耳黄瓜(陈醋)的做法
(腐竹提前剪合适长度用温水泡软)锅里烧开水下泡好的腐竹焯水2分钟左右,不要焯太久,腐竹会没嚼劲儿,焯好捞出过凉水备用;

焯完腐竹的热水直接下泡好的木耳,焯3分钟左右,过凉水备用;

黄瓜切段,撒盐腌制片刻,挤掉多余的水分备用;
