用料
生菜/包菜 | 1-2片 |

鸡胸肉 | 1块 |
胡萝卜 | 半根 |

减脂餐【蔬菜(包菜,生菜)三明治】#健康,饱腹,无油香煎鸡胸肉#的做法
提前一个晚上或者半小时将鸡胸肉拿出,腌制(鸡胸肉切片后,放置碗中,加入生抽,料酒,蚝油,生姜,黑胡椒,再进行搅拌)完成之后,保鲜膜封好

平底锅不用放油,双面煎制焦黄,一定要煎熟哈,这个图片是刚下锅没多久,下次再做的时候,再更新一张快煎好的图片

再从中切开,就可以啦,超好吃!我这次用的是包菜(卷心菜),但我觉得换成生菜和娃娃菜贵会更好吃些
