准备材料

牛油果压碎成泥,加入几滴柠檬汁
(我加柠檬汁是为了中和一下牛油果的味道,吃得惯牛油果味道的朋友可以不加)

我直接买的去边吐司,压扁
(如果买的是有边的吐司的话,需要先去边)

将牛油果泥涂在吐司上,放上半条香蕉卷起来,尽量裹紧一点,但也要注意力度,不要弄破吐司

卷好后放入打好的蛋液里,均匀裹上蛋液
