烤虾仁菠萝沙拉【8月北鼎烤箱食谱】的做法
准备好食材,沙拉菜提前清洗干净。

芦笋切去较老的部分后切段,同虾仁混合,撒上少许黑胡椒碎和盐,淋点橄榄油。

凤梨去皮去眼切块,如果用菠萝的话记得用盐水浸泡一下。

烤箱200度预热。
