白萝卜 | 1根 |

冰糖 | 100克 |
清水(纯净水) | 150克 |

韩式酸甜萝卜泡菜的做法
白萝卜去皮切块或切条,可以多去几层皮,方便入味。加入适量的盐,去涩味。抓匀后静置一旁,去制作糖醋水

加入冰糖100克,清水150克,白醋200克,烧开后放凉,可以根据个人爱好进行适当调整
