用料
韭菜 | 250克 |
鸡蛋 | 4个 |
虾皮 | 适量 |
面粉 | 350克 |
开水 | 210克 |
盐,鸡精,十三香,香油 | 适量(按照自己口味调整) |

先洗择韭菜,控水,尽量控干;
不粘锅倒入适量食用油,油热加入打散的鸡蛋,炒熟用锅铲切碎,晾凉备用;

开水一点一点倒入面粉里,用筷子搅拌成絮状,然后揉成光滑的面团,盖上保鲜膜醒发十分钟
