波兰种感觉比中种更柔软,它的柔软程度真的可以用棉花来形容。肠仔包出炉后,原本想明天早餐才吃,但是太柔软了,想试试它的口感!肠仔包原本主角和精华都是肠仔,但是!我被面包吸引了,此时我只想吃面包,不想吃肠仔!面包太好吃了!尤其是融合了沙拉酱的味道!我终于可以向面包店说拜拜了????

棉花般的柔软—波兰种肠仔包的做法
波兰酵头: 高粉50克,水50克,酵母1克。材料拌匀发酵至面团有很多小气泡,可直接用or 冰箱冷藏第二天用。图片是已发酵好的波兰酵头

取一面团先擀成椭圆形,从上往下卷成长条
