鸡蛋 | 3个 |
白菜/娃娃菜 | 适量 |
五花肉 | 适合 |
葱 | 适量 |

白菜蛋饺煲的做法
1.将五花肉剁成肉末,葱适量,盐、油、料酒、生抽、糖、瑶柱酱适量,腌制30分钟

2.三个鸡蛋打碎加些许盐和油顺时针搅拌

3.碗里花生油和刷子备用

4.把火调至最小,把不锈钢勺子檫干水份均匀刷少许油放至灶台热6秒左右倒上蛋液慢慢摇至勺子边缘,不管是热勺子还是烘蛋皮勺子都要不停摆动让其均匀受热

5.待勺中蛋液未全部凝固时即可放入腌制好的肉末在勺子中间,用筷子轻轻碰碰勺子边缘,全部松动后即可用筷子轻轻夹住蛋皮往另一边压合。如果发现蛋液粘勺原因只有两个,一是烤时间不够二是油没刷到边缘

6.烤至两面微焦即可

7.适量盐把白菜或者小白菜放锅里炒两分钟,放入适量辣椒和切皮番茄口味更佳,炒好倒入砂锅打底

8.再铺上一层蛋饺
