今年收了好多绿色的东西,绿色的破壁机,绿色的风扇,绿色的烤串机,绿色的烤箱~
所谓生活要想过的去,总得带点绿~哈哈哈哈哈
本配方能做18块小饼干~
不要减糖了,抹茶本来有点苦,而且我的配方向来都不算甜

蛋液 | 10克 |
盐 | 0.5克 |
抹茶粉 | 1克 |

可可粉 | 1克 |

黄油提早拿出室温软化~软化到这种打蛋器能很轻松搅顺滑的程度,冬天可以借助烤箱的去发酵功能软化

分成三坨,大中小~分别的125克,40克,85克左右~多一克少一克不必太在意了

戴手套,揉匀~

可可这一坨整成长条形~emmmmm~看起来有点一言难尽~大约15厘米~这一坨可以包好,送去冷冻一下,再进行下一步,避免整形捏的时候顺便捏憋了~如果你有把握,可以跟我一样,直接搞下去

大坨的浅绿色面团擀开方形,长短要跟可可那一坨差不多~垫保鲜膜,不粘案板~上面再盖一层保鲜膜~好擀,注意整理,尽量规整

深绿色的面团,还是一样,上下保鲜膜,擀开,对比,长短一致差不多~薄厚均匀~

利用保鲜膜裹起~嗯,就是这样~对头~保鲜膜包起来,冰箱冷冻半小时~

烤箱预热,150度~柏翠这个复古绿配古铜金,忍不住夸一下~好看

送进烤箱~柏翠3040烤箱,150度烘烤20分钟~喜欢吃香一点的就烤干点~抹茶不宜高温长时间烘烤~温度仅供参考,不可照搬

到时间了,用手摸一下边缘稍微硬一点,出炉~~如果整体比较软,延长时间,如果边稍硬,中间有点软那没关系,凉了就变酥脆了
