鸡脯肉切片,用黑胡椒粉、料酒、生抽,麻辣烧烤料抓匀,腌制30分钟

腌制好的鸡脯肉片摆放在铺了油纸的烤盘上,凯度空气炸烤箱设置空气炸模式,135℃,烤15分钟

生菜洗净控干水分,红萝卜切丝,平底锅抹一层油煸炒红萝卜丝,盛出备用。紫甘蓝切丝,也煸炒一下。豆芽焯水去除豆腥味。黄瓜削皮切片,再准备一些韩式辣白菜(蔬菜类很随意,喜欢什么放什么,避免高碳水的粗粮类就行)
