用料
鸡胸肉 | 3块儿 |
海盐或者普通盐 | 5g |
黑胡椒 | 3g-4g |
鸡胸肉的腌制(Ba拿拿减脂方案)的做法
把一块儿鸡胸肉如图一刀横着切片成两块儿,多一点少一点没关系啦,加入黑胡椒和海盐(普通盐也可以的)~
最好是大颗粒黑胡椒哈,也有一种是带有盐的大颗粒黑胡椒,那种直接放8-9g即可~
用手把它们按摩均匀

盖上保鲜膜,放冰箱冷藏隔夜后,第二天,一块儿装一个保鲜袋儿,转入冷冻室,吃之前再拿出来退冰就可以了哈

小半碗水,冷水和它一起下锅,大火煮开后转小火,盖着锅盖煮,不时翻开盖子翻一下面儿,待水快要烧干时,关火,取出完成~切块儿也行,直接用刀叉吃鸡胸排也行~
