用料
虾仁 | 330克 |
玉米 | 80克 |
胡萝卜???? | 50克 |
葱绿 | 5根 |
小鸡蛋 | 1个 |
盐???? | 1小勺 |
胡椒粉 | 少许 |
料酒 | 1勺 |
糖 | 半勺 |
鲜虾饼的做法
基围虾去头去壳,挑出虾线虾肠,洗干净滤干水份,剁碎,放入料酒搅拌均匀备用;

胡萝卜切细丁和玉米一起放锅里焯水,大致煮一分钟左右,滤干水备用;葱切小段备用;

虾泥里面放入玉米、胡萝卜、葱花、打散的鸡蛋液,加入胡椒粉、盐、糖,搅拌均匀;

不粘锅刷一遍油,放入虾饼????,开中小火煎至一面金黄,翻面用同样的方法煎至金黄;
