用料
虾 | 10只 |
香菇 | 5朵 |
盐 | 适量 |
胡椒粉 | 1勺 |
红枣 | 2颗 |
姜丝 | 适量 |
猪瘦肉 | 适量 |
干贝 | 适量 |
干贝鲜虾粥的做法
准备好材料,干贝要用水泡一个小时.
(红枣吃起来有点甜,不喜欢可以不放哦,我喜欢这样吃,所以我一般都放.)

把虾头倒入油锅,爆出虾油,然后把虾头扔了,虾油用来熬粥特别香~

去虾线,泡好的干贝用手撕碎.

猪瘦肉(切横纹,切薄片,这样吃起来不会柴)用姜丝、酱油、盐腌制15分钟.

先放大米和水,煮开后,用勺子捞一下,避免大米粘锅底,然后放入所有的食材一起熬~
最后加点盐和胡椒粉,就可以出锅了.
