土豆、胡萝卜切成一小口大小,沸水煮3分钟后捞出。(如果切块较大可以煮5分钟,筷子能戳开即可)

热锅倒油,倒入腌好的鸡腿肉

鸡肉倒入锅里,煎至金黄后翻面(香茅为装饰,可不加也不会丧失味道)

两面都煎至金黄后倒入黄咖喱酱包。

翻炒均匀后倒入125g(半盒)椰浆。
