摊鸡蛋饼的做法
鸡蛋2只,加盐,水,搅拌均匀。

面粉加入,向一个方向搅拌均匀,无面疙瘩。

稀稠度大约这样,稠点摊的厚,稀点摊的薄。静置10分钟。

开火热锅,用厨房纸蘸油,轻擦热锅。火力中小。(照虚了)

舀如图一勺(大盛饭勺),倒入锅中。每次盛舀面糊,一定要搅动面糊变均匀,再舀。

端锅,均匀转圈,锅不离火,让面糊流动。匀速摊开,成饼形状。

中小火烙,待见边缘翘边,即可翻面。

这饼百搭,没主食时,随手一搅,方便快捷。卷菜没有薄饼韧劲那么足,但也不会漏。不卷菜空口吃也很不错。上面这个配方,我摊了5张饼。
