芒果提前切好!
用料
低筋面粉 | 68克 |
鸡蛋 | 2个 |
细砂糖 | 40克 |
玉米油 | 40克 |
牛奶 | 56克 |
奶油 | 100克 |
芒果 | 适量 |
奶油芒果????小贝的做法
1⃣️ 准备无水无油的盆,蛋黄蛋清分离
2⃣️ 蛋黄内倒入牛奶拌匀,再倒入玉米油乳化拌匀

3⃣️筛入低筋面粉画Z字拌均匀。

4⃣️蛋清分三次加糖,打发至有弯钩,不要打太硬。
烤箱开始160度预热!

5⃣️取三分之一蛋白霜到蛋黄糊内翻拌均匀
6⃣️再将蛋黄糊倒入蛋白霜中翻拌均匀

7⃣️烤盘垫好油纸,用裱花袋装好剪个小口子(有裱花嘴可以用圆的那个),均匀的挤在油纸上

8⃣️放入预热好的烤箱中层,150度15分钟
烤箱不同,温度要根据烤箱来哦。

9⃣️烤好的蛋糕,拿出放凉后才可以取下来
