巧克力芝士蛋糕的做法
把消化饼干放进保鲜袋里,扎上袋口,用擀面杖把消化饼干敲压成粉末状

把黄油放入平底锅中,用小火加热至溶化

把奥利奥饼干粉末倒进蛋糕模里,均匀的平铺在底部,用小勺压平压紧。把蛋糕模放进冰箱冷藏备用

将奶油奶酪放进一个大碗里,用刀切成几大块

从冰箱取出有放有奥利奥饼干的蛋糕模,把奶酪蛋糕糊倒入

把蛋糕模放在烤盘里,隔着烤盘,在烤盘里注入清水,我没有买锡纸,就多隔了一层8寸披萨盘来烤。

烤箱预热160度,把蛋糕模连同烤盘一起放入烤箱中层,最外面的烤盘内注入约2厘米高度的暖水,160度上下火烤约1个小时。

烤好的乳酪蛋糕取出以后,让其自然冷却将室温再脱模。

把黑巧克力和黄油切小块后放入碗中
