减脂的时候想吃各种东西,火锅冒菜毛血旺更想吃了,就自己试着做了个“大杂烩”,味道还不错~

蒜 | 1-2瓣 |
盐 | 少量 |
橄榄油 | 小半勺 |
姜 | 1-2片 |
生抽、老抽、白糖、葱 | 适量 |
食材:血、毛肚、鹌鹑蛋、丸子类、豆芽、娃娃菜、海带、豆腐皮、花椰菜等等自己想吃的菜 | 适量 |

准备食材,菜和肉类没什么要求,想吃啥就准备啥

起锅烧油~用橄榄油负罪感会低一点~

蒜末、姜末炒香,爱吃麻的可以加点花椒一起

放入豆瓣酱炒香,可以加一点葱白碎跟着炒。不减脂的加入一点火锅底料炒会更香

炒出红油后加水煮开,尝一下味,加入生抽、少量糖调味,觉得颜色太淡的可以加点老抽

放入豆芽、花椰菜、白菜杆、丸子等比较难煮熟的食材先煮

上一步食材煮到半熟以后放入海带结、豆腐皮等可煮时间比较灵活的食材????

放入血(可以是猪、鸭、鸡的)、鹌鹑蛋(提前剥开用牙签扎洞可以更入味),血煮到变色

最后加入毛肚,煮个十多秒,太久了就不脆了

最后盛出,撒点葱花(我没买就没放了????)。不减脂的集美可以撒点花椒和葱以后,烧点热油浇上
