双孢菇炒芦笋的做法

双孢菇和芦笋,一个切片一个斜刀切条,蒜米拍成粒

烧点水,水滚后开始焯芦笋(放丢丢油就不易发黄,焯水时间10炒)漏勺把芦笋捞出来,控一下水

锅中热一点点油(千万不要太多)先放蒜米炒一下,再把双孢菇倒入翻炒,大概炒一下慢慢的菇就会变软,炒出很多水份

黄油还没融就可以一起放焯过水的芦笋了

下芦笋炒一下下,倒入一丢丢盐,倒入一点黑胡椒(黑胡椒根据自己喜欢的量来放),翻炒半分钟就可以出锅了!
