开学一个月了,除了双休日,每天早上都会起来给娃做早餐,就图一个营养卫生。娃每天写作业到十一点,看着心疼。别的帮不上,做顿早餐还是力所能及的。除了特别复杂的面食需要提前晚上准备,我都把时间控制在十五分钟之内。排骨汤,头天晚上放进料理机定时,早上就可以直接喝。想知道做法的话可以直接去搜菜名即可。另外呢高蛋白的东西,比如牛奶大虾,尽量不要和太酸的一起吃。
