发糕的first attempt就献给金黄色的南瓜啦!没有面粉和酵母,只买到了馒头自发粉,一样能做(或许还更方便????自发粉就是给你放好了酵母的中筋小麦面粉吧)~
因为一直对酒酿馒头情有独钟,就加了一小包酒酿进去。南瓜的清香和醉人的酒香很配呀????!
自己做糕点自然是料大把大把地撒,桂圆干和红枣都跟不要钱似的放????(因为二者都是甜的,我就没放糖)
用了一个大碗蒸的,面糊大概是可以放进六寸模具的量,一家三口的早餐绰绰有余。(我们家胃口都不大????)
p.s. 第19步开始是做南瓜蒸蛋,只做发糕的可忽略~

温水/牛奶 | 约30克(看面糊干湿度调整) |

自发粉可以用等量普通面粉和2g酵母粉代替哦!如果想要Q弹一点的口感可以换30g为木薯淀粉。面糊太黏的话可能是南瓜泥放多了(水分太多)!
