嫩豆腐 | 4块 |
姜 | 2片 |
蒜 | 3瓣 |
葱 | 1根 |

所有食材 准备好

先将番茄化十字刀口放入碗中倒入开水

小锅烧热 加入番茄 食盐适量 中火

另起一锅 锅烧热放油 铁锅烧鱼要锅烧热加油 油也烧热 煎鱼才不容易粘

加入黄骨鱼 煎30秒 翻面

翻面以后加入姜蒜 这样姜蒜不容易糊 再煎30秒 可以晃动一下锅 让鱼煎得均匀

鱼煎好后加入热水,我是用家里的电水壶事先烧好的,⚠️一定要加热水,加热水的鱼汤才不会腥

盖上锅盖煮开后 将火稍微调小点继续煮3分钟

加入豆腐 煮开后可根据汤的咸淡加入适量盐调味
