卷心菜对半切开

因为我们只需要用到半颗卷心菜,所以剩下的用保鲜膜包好放入冰箱,保鲜膜我用的是日本旭包鲜的保鲜膜。它是PVDC材质的,阻隔氧气能力和锁水能力都要比普通PE材质保鲜膜强很多,这样才能有效隔绝空气和锁住水分,留住食物的新鲜美味。

卷心菜切片,洗净

洗净后盖上保鲜膜,放入微波炉中中高火加热4分钟

加热的时候我们来处理一下坚果,用保鲜膜包好,敲碎

加热好的卷心菜取出,放凉,沥干里面的水分(不好意思蒸汽迷糊了你的双眼)
