1:鸡胸肉提前腌制好:鸡胸肉洗干净,擦干水份,正反面划几个口,然后加两勺蜂蜜,两勺苹果醋、一勺黑胡椒粉,半个青柠切片(记得去籽不然会发苦),抓匀腌制放冰箱冷藏过夜。(㊙着急的可以把鸡胸肉直接切小块,这样更方便入味儿,腌制两个小时以上)
