莲藕去皮,准备葱蒜

切成藕丁,泡到凉水里,等待焯水稍微大点没关系,一会还要焯水,不用担心炒不熟

烧开半锅水,水开把藕放进去,煮3分钟,
捞进凉水盆里,盆里倒进一勺醋,这样让藕变得更脆
