很久不写菜谱会有一种负罪感,所以今天写一个午餐综合的减脂餐
每一个菜谱都是按照合理的搭配计算卡路里得出
每餐的卡路里在500千卡左右(具体的卡路里在每一个菜谱里都有标注)
其实每一餐都有一个搭配规律,我的搭配是酱紫的:
主食:大米/黑米/藜麦/意面 50g
肉类:鸡胸肉/牛肉/ 150g 里脊 70g
蔬菜:各种新鲜蔬菜 250g~450g
菌类:海鲜菇/蟹味菇/金针菇 50g
豆类:一般会在晚餐里吃或者不吃(我是真的不爱吃豆类,哼????)
油类:一点点,热锅的时候用的
水果:一般会在上午吃
也许我的搭配不是很全面,营养素也可能不够完善,但是我吃这些真的挺饱,而且有通便的功效,真的可以减脂,下午也不会觉得饿!
关于上班午餐怎么办:你早起带饭去公司吧!你这点要是做不到,就别嚷嚷要减肥!公司没有微波炉就买一个加热饭盒!
