韩式蔬菜鸡蛋汤,有土豆块,西葫芦块,胡萝卜,洋葱,小葱,圆白菜,裙带菜,韩式辣酱,煎蛋煮汤后加入食材煮汤。土豆一个已经代替了主食。加上每天必备营养坚果,一个猕猴桃,一个苹果,牛奶一盒。
