今天这道“土豆烧肉”——或者叫“肉烧土豆”也行,我超爱的下饭菜。不华丽,很敦实,吃完土豆再汤汁拌饭,再舀上一勺自己做的酸豆角,那场面最后只能用“风卷残云”来形容一二了,哈哈!

五花肉 | 适量 |
新土豆 | 4个 |
生姜 | 少许 |
花椒 | 1小勺 |
冰糖 | 3-4颗 |
红糖 | 1勺 |
土豆烧肉的做法
土豆去皮切块,大小随意,新土豆很易熟。姜去皮切片

取两片姜切碎,和花椒、五花肉一起放入清水锅中,煮开后继续煮2-3分钟,将血水除尽

将五花肉用温水冲洗干净,沥去多余水分,切块

将五花肉块码放在锅中,中小火煎,中途用筷子翻一下,至四面金黄,肉逼出很多油

加入冰糖和红糖,小火炒3-4分钟

加入三四片姜,适量开水,煮开后转小火,盖上锅盖,小火炖煮30分钟左右

加入土豆、盐,转中大火,至水基本收干,土豆熟透即可。收汁时用锅铲翻炒一下,以免糊锅。喜欢可以加一点老抽
