番茄鲜逢鱼面羹的做法
鲜逢火锅鱼面,看上去是肉棒棒,但是打开会发现很神奇,往下看

把提前解冻好的鱼面棒棒放在手心里稍微一点点力一搓就散开了,有弹性不会断

切丁备用,番茄烫水去皮切丁备用

热锅凉油,下生姜2片爆香,下入番茄定,依次加入料酒、盐、白糖、胡椒粉、酱油,均适量(根据自家口味,我们家口轻加的都较少),中火翻炒至番茄接近果酱状态

加入一大碗水煮开后加入鱼面,然后依次加入水淀粉适量,鸡蛋液,韭菜末
