生抽 | 3勺 |

白醋 | 2勺 |
糖 | 1.5勺 |
香油 | 2-3勺 |

小清新凉拌腐竹的做法
腐竹提前冷水泡发,泡发后和芹菜一样切斜刀切段,木耳泡发后洗净备用,胡萝卜切菱形片,香菜切碎e

烧开水后烫熟腐竹,15-20秒,烫过头就烂了,捞出后过冷水,在挤干水分备用

继续烧开后,芹菜,胡萝卜,木耳焯水15秒,捞出后过冷水,沥干水分备用
