❣️提前腌制,让其入味
使用鸡中翅腌制而成,味道鲜美,操作简单,辅料为黑胡椒,盐,生抽,料酒等

鸡翅 | 11个 |
黑胡椒 | 适量 |
盐 | 1勺(10g) |
生抽 | 1勺 |
料酒 | 2勺 |
葱 | 适量 |
姜 | 3片 |
外焦里嫩????椒盐鸡翅(少油版)的做法
❣️准备好所有食材
❣️鸡翅➕黑胡椒粉➕姜➕葱
❣️料酒➕生抽➕盐

❣️鸡翅洗干净,正反两面各划两刀(腌制方便入味哦)

❣️葱姜切丝,备用

❣️鸡翅➕葱丝姜丝➕一勺盐➕一勺生抽➕两勺料酒
❣️用手抓几下,让鸡翅均匀沾上料汁,腌制30分钟,腌制过程中可以再抓几下,更好均匀入味

❣️腌制好后,冷水冲一下,不然会很咸哦

❣️起锅烧油(一点油油,鸡皮也会出油的哦),油热把鸡翅均匀放入,盖住盖子,中小火煎(盖住既可以加快鸡翅熟,又可以减少水分流失哦)

❣️不要着急,慢慢煎,等一面煎直金黄色
翻面继续盖住煎

❣️两面都煎直金黄色,再焖两分钟,就可以啦
