豆腐泡本身没味道,里面塞点什么馅料可以根据自己的喜欢,焖煮的适合没有鲍鱼汁,放点蚝油,甚至是生抽加糖,都会很好吃的,老抽不要放多,滴几滴上上颜色而已,先经过煎至香脆再放鲍鱼汁焖煮的豆腐泡,非常入味,好好吃哦。

豆腐泡塞肉的做法
冬菇用温水泡软,去蒂后切碎,猪肉剁成肉末,葱切成葱花,肉末中加入适量鲍鱼汁、盐、生粉,分次加入泡冬菇的水向着同一个方向搅拌至起胶,加入冬菇碎和葱花搅拌均匀

用筷子在豆腐泡上插一个口,把冬菇肉馅填进去

热油锅,把豆腐泡有肉馅那面朝下放进锅里,中小火煎至金黄
