龙利鱼 | 3片 |
盐 | 3克 |
生姜粉 | 适量 |
黑胡椒粉 | 适量 |
料酒 | 一瓶盖 |
淀粉 | 1勺 |
酱油 | 3勺 |
冰糖 | 一把 |
蚝油 | 1勺 |

红烧龙利鱼的做法
龙利鱼3大片,洗净切块,加入生姜粉、胡椒粉、盐、生抽、料酒、淀粉适量(每个人口味不同,所以从心^_^),腌制20分钟入味。

锅内倒入花生油(适合高温煎炸),开中火,放入鱼块煎至定型,翻面继续煎。

趁着煎鱼,小葱洗净切成大一点的葱花。
