牛腩 | 500克 |
西红柿 | 2个 |
胡萝卜 | 1根 |
洋葱 | 半个 |
姜 | 5片 |
料酒 | 4勺 |
老抽 | 3勺 |
蚝油 | 2勺 |
糖 | 1勺 |
盐 | 2勺 |
小尖椒 | 可不加 |
超简单电饭煲番茄牛腩的做法
牛腩洗干净备用

生姜2片,料酒2勺,冷水入锅煮牛腩。

牛腩洗干净捞出,胡萝卜滚刀,洋葱切条,西红柿切小块(偷了小懒没有给西红柿去皮)

番茄在小锅中翻炒,直至粘稠出香味(因为条件限制木有炒锅),牛腩加入老抽和油翻炒上色。

放入电饭煲
