接着把煎好的小鲫鱼一起下锅煎一下,倒生抽然后翻面煎一下

再倒入煮开的开水大火滚几分钟

待鱼汤转浓稠把青椒圈放进去一起滚,大火煮到青椒断生,尝尝汤的咸淡,鱼汤应该是稍微偏咸一点点,这样鱼肉咸淡刚好
