牛腩性温,吃多了容易上火;而白萝卜却性偏寒,两者一起炖煮,恰恰起到了寒热中和的效果,真可谓相得益彰,且现时天气渐入深秋,在家炖上一锅萝卜牛腩,随做随吃,实算一件美事,只不过,要挑上好的牛腩,须不畏早起跑一趟菜市场,早起的鸟儿才有食吃哈~~

牛腩洗干净,准备好姜片、蒜瓣和各种香料

牛腩切块,建议不要切得太小,炖好的牛腩会缩水大约三分一到二分一的样子

干锅炒干牛腩的水分,盛起
