菠萝咕咾肉的做法
材料:里脊肉,菠萝(尽量选熟一些的菠萝)

里脊肉洗净沥干水份切丁,加料酒,盐,黑胡椒抓匀,腌制10分钟左右。(抓匀的时候多抓抓,让肉丁充分吸收水份。这样的肉比较嫩,而且如果肉丁表面水份多的话,裹面粉的时候比较困难,会有很多面疙瘩。)

腌好的肉丁裹上面粉。(淀粉也可以,但面粉更容易操作)

用筛网筛去肉丁表面多余的面粉

油锅烧热,下入肉丁,大火炸至表面金黄捞出

生抽,老抽,醋,蕃茄酱,盐,糖和适量水,调成酱汁。(我烧的时候发现蕃茄酱不多了,所以我的成品颜色是酱色的,如果希望成品红亮一些可以多加些蕃茄酱,老抽适量减少)

酱汁倒入锅内烧到冒大泡
