用料
肉 | 250克 |
杭椒 | 少许 |
豆瓣酱 | 1小勺 |
红薯粉(生粉) | 少量 |
盐 | 少许 |
蚝油 | 1勺 |
杭椒炒肉的做法
切肉丝的方法如上图

肉丝加入几滴老抽,1小勺盐,生粉或红薯粉腌制备用,

锅中放入适量油把腌制的肉放入炒均匀捞出来,

炒瘦肉的油不倒出来,把蒜姜爆香加入杭椒煸炒香

倒入肉丝一起炒,加入1勺蚝油,一小勺豆瓣酱,拌匀即可出锅。(大家不要加太多豆瓣酱,会很咸)
